Ingredients: tomato flakes (49%), sea salt (20%), garlic, onion, oregano, basil, thyme, savory, rosemary
As pesto: Mix 3 tbsp with 6 tbsp water and let it steep for 10 minutes with 3-6 tbsp olive oil.
As a bruschetta: simply add a little more olive oil to the pesto prepared above, mix with freshly cut tomato pieces and arrange on grilled chiabatta slices.
As a dip: mix 1 tbsp into a cup of sour cream or similar, leave in the fridge for 2 hours, mix again and sevier.
As a grill or fondue sauce : Stir 1 tbsp into about 200 - 250ml of tomatoes for 30 minutes and let it mix again.
